An F1 team still cant do 400km/hr..... just goes to show
1 FAST HAYABUSA 217.443mph so far
9 Official Timeslips over 200mph

All the money Honda spent at Bonneville, and Jim Knapps S2000 powered liner went faster. His budget is nowhere the Honda figure, lol. Admittedly, the F1 car is not as aero as Jims but it has heaps more output.
