Nah
The straight six will stick out the side too far
So we will proably use the 3.8 out of the belly tank

well that's no help to 'em...and to boot you might even be offending Norm's good neighbour Steve( Animal ,our esteemed Race Director)......So....just to get the record straight ( that's a stretch  ) on the right ( what an idiot!...neat scotch will do that to ya) I MEAN LEFT we have me , Stewie or Dr Goggles 8) and to the right we have Animal :!: ....both with sexy legs thank YOUS very much

BTW : I name dropped you at work the other day Gary.....I was prepping a new 312R and as a passing parade of co-workers debated whether it was the fastest P/P bike you could get I said ..." well actually I know the bloke who owns the bike that holds the FIM record"........was I right or giving it a tug?

yer, right again Stewie...if it was last week you were indeed havin a tug..short and brief but none the less ...... :P

,,,,the record stood for about 6mths and Larry Forstals bike riden by Mark DeLuca raised the bar to nearly 204mph at the BUB meet in 2006. So to my knowledge this is the current FIM record and one which would be very difficult to beat..........

you in training Stewie for a ride on a Busa? or a piece of Italian glamour?

Now getting right back to the subject of the holden red motor . I reckons this engine should be an exhibit in our dry lakes hall of fame museum . Said engine has probably done more runs on the lake than any other engine ( except the dodge truck salt dragger ) . its had more lead footed persons trying to destroy it than any other as well .

ps the salt lake hall of fame museum is a figment of my imagination , hehehe
