2.5:1 gears to suit borg warner diff

Looking for a set of 2.5 gears to suit a borg warner diff out of a zh fairlane, have tried a multitude of places to no avail, anyone with a set that they are willing to part with or any info on were to get a set would be greatly appreciated

The axle assemblies were made by Borg Warner. Have you tried them? I don't know what ratios are/were available but that's where I'd be starting.

Blackout Steve has a used 2.47 set for a 9" for sale here if you wanted to change the diff.

I'm pretty sure these centers were the same for Falcon Fairlane, Cortina and Centura??.. possibly others too??

Checked under a Commodore lately? The live rear commodes appear to have the same axle assembly. VN onwards all disc rear brakes. I have one here (3.08) limited slip with saddles to fit ute/van/tonner.

WB statesmans had 2.6 rear end same borg warner gear sets too

Must be common in Vic. I have a set as well. Came out in XE'S with a 200Ci engine. Poverty pack cars. I am having a 28 spline spool moded to fit the tall carrier then you can use E series axles. If you need one let me know. Regards TPVM.

They're so common here in vic that it took me 12 yrs to locate the ones that Jason now has.
