modified frame
I wish to run MP 1000 class would modified footpegs and the addition of frame mounted Crash (oggy ) knobs qualify for this class

If you are running in a modified class no problems 
what is MP/1000 ? m= modified frame p= either production or push rod
you cannot run modified /production together as it would be a modified class even if the motor was stock , if it is a pushrod bike then it needs further qualification either G = gas ( petrol) or F= fuel
eg a harley sportster of 1000cc would be MPG/1000 using standard pump petrol
