A couple of Bike Questions

Just renewing my knowledge of the rule book and noted a couple of points that I may need a refreshemnet on:

7.B.16 Tow Starts:
Dead motor tow starts will not be permitted except for Streamliners. This requirement includes designated warm- up areas.
Question: I jump start my RS125, does this mean I should have a power starter to spin the rear wheel?

GASOLINE CLASSES:
I race my bike on track with Av Gas. Is this classified as "Gasoline"?

Pre Event Scruitneer?
Where is the closest scruitneer for bikes near Sydney? Long way to go to find out you need a 'thingemy bob" to run?

Push start is OK.
Av gas is OK for gas class. You cannot add anything to the fuel EXCEPT oil for lubrication.
