Roll Cage materials

Post by sled56 » Wed Mar 07, 2012 1:36 pm

Can I use 40mm shedule 10 mild steel pipe for roll cage construction?, it has a 3mm wall and has a seam.
Any info appreciated.

Hey Sled,
See my post on your other question. It just dawned on me (I'm a bit slow today :) ) that pipe is normally measured by ID. Is your pipe 40mm OD or 46mm OD?

Cheers
Dave :D
