I,m presently ploughing through a 200 page doctrinal thesis titled aerodynamic drag reduction of a racing motorcycle through vortex generation by gerald M Angle 11 if I find anything worthwhile that is pertinant to LSR I will let you know , this is where speed will come from ( aerodynamics ) more than anything else

Thanks , I have that site already in my favourites , yes there is a valid scientific reason do do it ,actually several , my quest to find data and information about motorcycle aerodynamics continues and frankly there is very little of it on the net , but alas this is the only way forward to get bricks ( open wheel motorcycles ) to decent velocities , ,I will be trying out some ideas next march
