Thanks Gary and Tiny,,, geeze sometimes you gotta be be carefull what ya wish or ask for, ,, i get a great deal of satisfaction from doing the sums, then seeing them proven out on the track,, however im gunna admit defeat on this one, too many variables, :? , so i recon,"that wide by that high" will be the size to go with,,

zx12 isn't naked. Or is it? What about no radiator and a 20 l coolant tank... Use as ballast down low.
If its got b**bs or wheels its bound to be trouble!

Nude Ninja mate, :P ,,theres no "real" aero to be gained with a naked bike (built to FIM rules), the standard radiator is a big ugly slab, and its not aero im concerned about, just want a smaller one in there that tidies(suits) up the apperance of the bike, 8) ,,

20 liters of water = approx 44lbs of ballast,,, 20 liters of lead = approx 500 lbs,, being naked, im gunna need more than 44lbs down there, ,,

I got a custom one made up through Norm http://www.aussiedesertcooler.com.au, saves a lot of hassle as you get exactly what you need, not only size but all the inlets/outlets in right place.
