Now where were we , oh yep back in NZ .
You see I still have this fascination for speed and I needed a fix ( sounds like a druggo ) .
So not far from here I finds a piece 1.5 mile straight flat road . Flat straight roads are a rarerity around here .
So 2 weeks ago I was in the vicinity of said road driving alone , no passenger no other vehicles around .
I got a run up around a long sweeping corner and hit the striaght at 50% over the 100 kph limit .
Then a sign ROADWORKS speed limit 50 kph . Bugga on the anchors down to 50 , waved and smiled at the big Maori guys , " hey nice day bro " .. " yep beauty mate ".... another day .....

Maybe it's time to change your location from Paihia to "wouldn't you like to know", New Zealand next time do a 100km/h reccy first. Enjoy!
