An umbrella would be appropriate, cause it will likely be raining gearbox cogs.

Here is the first startup (orange needle is combined boost, black needle is turbo which peaked at 10 PSI at god knows what RPM)

Fantastic 8)

Posties give them a hell of a flogging but this is something else

I wish my Turbo Drag car would have made 10 psi on the free rev.

You could strap a 20kg bag of Spill Kit Absorbent on the back as ballast, that way you can soak up the mess quicker :D :D

Thanks for your comments.

Ross, I'll hold you to that - but i think you are quite safe.

Just want to be 100% clear that I come 2,500 km to your well respected race track with the attitude of having a good time, learning the ropes and with a goal of passing through tech inspection without too much drama,... and perhaps permitted to have a few tunning runs on the GPS track with a time printout. Thanks in advance. I look forward to servicing a few of the worst dunnies!

Just thought I'd let you know, there is no print out for the GPS track.
Matter of fact I don't think there is even a print out with the new fangled timing system. Unless some one particularly asks for one. We can print on to an A4 sheet.

On the GPS track you just secure one of our GPS's either on your body or vehicle.
Then you get out there and go fast.
And then on your return the speed is noted along with your driver number and vehicle number and that's it!
No timing slip :(
Your speed(s) will still appear in the official records and on your profile page.
Keep the shiney side up........

Mental note to make sure there is a good supply of velcro...
