This bloke is named Larry Widmer and included in his CV are producing in 1965 these achievements 100cc 2 stroke NA 43.3bhp @ 21K rpm and an experimental 2 stroke compounded turbo 100cc producing 121 bhp @ 20K rpm on methanol.
