Xmas 2009 working bee

Postby outbacktrev » Thu Aug 20, 2009 6:40 pm

To All,
Our supreme President has illuded to the possiblitiy of a working bee at the DLRA Camp over the Xmas break probably commencing Saturday 26th December for a few days as required or wanted by those who wish to attend. :D
A list of jobs will be formulated and posted a little later. Most jobs are things that don't get done during race week becaused people are to busy doing other stuff.
Most jobs are small and don't involve a lot of work :) but the more the merrier and then less drinking time will be encroched upon with more hands to complete the tasks
Several people have indicated already that they would be attending so if you are interested please post here
Cheers,
Trevor

Doesn't appear to be a lot of posting going on for the Xmas working bee
It's usually a pretty good time as well as achieving stuff which is required for the race meeting to happen
Cheers,
Trevor
I notice there are a lot of lookers (approx 480 :?: )
This will also bump this back to the top

Out back
You can count me in for 2 days. I'd stay longer but I've got a fair way to travel.

Christmas working bee

Outback trev
I forgot to mention went up to the Lake couple of Sundays ago and the surface was quite dry. Sent some photos to Greg to put up on the forum, I know he's fairly busy thought. Be interesting mid week when the full moon is here, to see if that changes things. Got Wednesday off might go for a drive.

....hey , I don't want to seem like a nit-picker but does this thing have a fire system, fuel cut off and safety wired wheel nuts because I just happened to notice it doesn't have a roll bar or clearly legible number and class designation..
