freight from UK.

Post by boyracer »

I have bought some tools online in London. Need to organise freight, etc for 'em.
25 kg. 800 x 600 x 100 approx.
Value is well over $1000 customs limit.
Any one recommend any company / method in particular? Any one going to London and returning light!!??

Only idea i have is break it all up and ship small parcels the normal way, then send over box empty.
If its got b**bs or wheels its bound to be trouble!

Try Allied Pickfords, you might be able to get a share in someones house move shipment?

There are other ways, but you really need to be over there to organise....

200 aus$ for freight and insurance......320 customs duty/gst!!! c'est la vie
Still cheaper than Australian prices.
