Gawler Ranges ILUA

Post by DLRA »

We have it on good authority through our contact at Department of Environment and Heritage (DEH) that the Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) for the Gawler Ranges, excluding Mt. Ive and Lake Gairdner was finalished last week.
This is extremely good news as attention can now turn to negotiations for an agreement for Mt. Ive and the Lake.
There has been no formal announcement on the National Native Title Tribunal Principal Registry yet but as soon as I receive notification I will post it here.

For more details go to the DLRA Reference Page on Native Title

Dreamliner;
Go to the website - http://www.dlra.org.au
From the menu put your cursor over "Website" (second last option)
This will open the sub menu, select "Reference"
From the page displayed select the "Native Title" Link
All the documents are there.

Just tried again Don and they still work fine for me.

Try this one as a test, same URL for the Reference page but as a tiny URL, I'm betting you'll still have the issue but hey, one never knows..

This one for the Native Title page.

:D All working for me too now!

I didn't have to 'clear my cache' either Greg!

Any one else notice the MP (I think) C J Sumner on the summary docs!

I wonder if he's related! :lol:
