1. your time slip and or any other documentation to back up your claim
2. the year that you are making the claim for
3. the class you believe you were racing in

started sorting out ,it will take some time to do so , what I can do is post the changes I believe should be altered , mostly its wrong class ie non existant classes , If you believe you should be in the record section I will need proof which will neeed to be approved by the DLRA exe also I have found some record holders that should not be there ,ie non existing class or other reason ,stay tuned for posts .
change request recieved from Ron Stayt #178

I believe the following should be concidered to be addmitted to the 200 club ,pending ratification
1.Greg Watters #379 2005 MPS/BG 1350 223.325 mph
2. John Noonan #535 2006 MPS/BF 1350 237.740 mph
3. Ron Stayt #178 2006 MPS/F 1350 204.000 mph
4. Sam Wheeler #545 2006 S/BG 3000 249.014 mph

did I miss anyone else ??

I have committee approval to start changing the M/C records . all the time slips that are available will be sent to me , I am bound to upset some or put a few noses out of joint with the changes , where there is ample evidence the speed is incorrect I will change it , where it is obvious the class is incorrect or non existant I will place the record in what I believe it should be placed , of course if you have a grip contact me
cheers

Gary,

I got in the 2 club and set a record over 235mph on a DLRA run (last one), we never ran a FIM attempt other than the first one and the rest were DLRA I am pretty sure, I think Sams was FIM also on the first attempt and maybe also the third however I think we realised quickly that no FIM records were to be had.

Thanks,

J

Talking records, anybody know anybody who can fix my old gramophone? All jokes aside, when I was trying to set up a NSW meeting I found so many members with obsolete info. Can you all check your contact details? If we need a show of strength like our dragstrip fight we will have to rely on YOUR details. Thank you all.

What can i say, i consider myself one not to stir shit,, but , and i have to ask, what dose it take to be awarded a record??,,,, this thread was started asking for those who felt thay had a claim to a record, to forward the relivant information so their claims could be processed, which i duley did, and in a previous post, our motorcycle man has listed four indivuials who he feels their records should be revisited,,, above is a photo of my bike taken just after the 204mph pass,(note blistered tyre) the class clearly shows 1350 mps/f,,, in paperwork forwarded to Gary to justify my claim it was stated that i had entered in mps/g, however there was a question on the fuel i was using (shell 100) so i notified Garry and the people at the scrutineering shelter (cant remember who it was) of my class change to mps/f,, the bike was then taken out and ran a 199.98, followed by the 204.00 pass,,, i am thinking the person i notified in the scrutineering shelter maybe failed to change this information on my entrie, or inadvertinaly changed somewon elses entrie,,,
I did not worry to much about it, thinking "theres always next year", but im begining to think "is there :?: "
