I was in John's workshop when he was nutting out the idea/layout for the carbon fiber girder fork type set up. This consisted of lengths of brazing wire being tacked, wrapped and twisted into shapes that made little sense until I was back the following week and he showed me a frame work that held the bobbins or sort of anchor points for the carbon strand.
