New Land Speed Record Challenger

Just when you thought the next LSR was all sewen up, along comes The "Bullet Project".
The Bullet Project will build a rocket powered vehicle capable of achieving a staggering 1609kph, [1000mph] on the surface of the earth to mount an outright world land speed record challenge.

I think the Australian public has been here before...proof will be in the pudding..big project :)
1 FAST HAYABUSA 217.443mph so far
9 Official Timeslips over 200mph

My thoughts also, its easy to pen a design and float a concept.

By the look of that body design I think they may not set a land speed record, ..........but may set an altitude record..... :shock: :shock:

I like the idea of several versions powered differently , but have they considered a postie bike powered version .
