This kill switch is local and not alot of money ($20 ish) it can be either open or closed when activated ( or both -- should someone need that) it is a marine switch so suits the salt -------- and has a float on the lead ---- for high tide on the lake
sorry i couldnt resist that ( i will cut the float off mine )
hope someone finds this useful .
i have used el cheapo kill switches that are just 2 contact pins and after 10+ uses make poor connection and cause more of a problem ---- that we dont need

Re: kill switch
had one of those, threw it in the rubbish, , thay have a tendency to "bounce" under high rpm (their contact area is very small), and thay also fall apart,,, sorry to burst your bubble, but, spend the money and get a decent one made for motorcycles and sold by any of the US m`cycle performance companys, i deal exclusivly with American Performance Engineering,(APE) no problems, ,,,
First Australian to ride a motorcycle over 200mph at Bonneville,,,
Re: kill switch

Re: kill switch
Any of the twin pin connector type are ok but keep the salt out with silicone grease or there a one time use
