Is there any plan for Ice supply In February ?
Cant see any discussion , have I missed it
Given the possible temps @ that time of the year it will be a sort after commodity

Harky,
The company which was to provide ICE for last years event is still interested in providing ICE for 2013 :D . That was the last information I had. Mr Penny will no doubt confirm for sure  Have spoken with Mr Penny via telephone and he will follow up on this :D
Cheers,
Trevor

All,
Just had confirmation, from Mr Penny, that ICE will be available at the Lake from Sunday through to Thursday of the Race week :D
ICE will be mostly "block" ice, and limited crushed ice, so if you need crushed ice bring a strong bag and a hammer
Pricing will be confirmed but wont be ridiculous
Have a Merry Xmas and a Safe and Happy New Year
See ya in Feb 2013
Cheers,

More crushed ice the better for us, intercoolers on the 2bikes use 2 bags per run , thats lots of hammering
This yr at Bonneville we would get 12 or more bags in the morning for 3 bikes and get more during the day as needed (bubs needed a return run within 2 hrs so we carried enough for 2 way on each bike )

Bring a long masonry bit and a hammer drill.........
...few understand what I'm trying to do , but they vastly outnumber those who understand why..
