The 2018 DLRA Rulebook is now complete and available for download.
Printed versions will be available from Carol in about a week.

I'm new here, could you please tell me why are there no rulebooks in 2005, 2007 and 2008? Thanks!

If you intend to be part of the DLRA then the only rule book that will concern you will be the latest version as any past ones will be out of date.

There could have been a couple of reasons but the usual one is that there were no changes for that year.
This could be because of an event cancellation either here or at Bonneville.
Most changes are due to lessons learnt from the previous year.
