We are still waiting for the supplementary regulations to be approved by FIM and MA.
This also includes the entry form and all the other info you need.
I have been told that we will have them by Christmas

Question for Grumm,, Leathers,, from memory, previously the rules stated that "one piece" leathers were required, now, 2.11.1 (page 36) the wording is "complete",, is a zipped together two piece, complete ??

Hey Ron
I would interpret this to mean that your leathers were "All Leather" and not half leather and half textile
2.11.10 apears to be the common sense clause

I have not been providing updates here but dealing direct with those that were entering for the event. And between them and FIM and MA this kept me busy enough for the last couple of months.
The good news is we have 11 entries for the World Speed Trials. You can see the list at
http://www.dlra.org.au/2018world-record.htm
Given the caliber of the entrants I am confident that there will be some records broken.

Question for Chris Hanlon ,
Since this will be our first FIM Event at Lake Gairdner , should we be enquiring as to wether they would run a class for how many we can fit in a rental motorhome and proceed up tbe track ? .
Maybe we could have another attempt at an official record as i still think we have a DLRA unofficial record .
