Email notification of new topics

Post by internetscooter »

I am not sure if I mentioned this before...

I know a bit about these computer thingies and I know how to set up this forum so each section allows the user to check a box to switch on email notifications of new topics (i.e. you get an email when something new happens).

If people (or the forum manager) want this set up, let me know and I can walk through how to do it.

Cheers,

Paul

Scoot, I like the idea. If we were all notified we wouldn't have to think about it. We get messages to tell us when a new post is added to a topic we're looking at, but not for new topics.

all my major engine mods are with a mate and I don't know if any progress has happened... obviously I am not paying him enough (or anything ;).

I am still hoping to make it for 2008 but if I can't, then maybe I could at least help to make the forum run faster ;)
