Paypal or Direct Debit

Post by internetscooter »

I have my entry form filled out and ready to go based on the final lake inspection.

Just wondering if the DLRA has considered paypal or direct transfer? i.e. I could scan, email and pay for entry in one go. I could also email and pay orders for merchandise.

It should cut out a lot of paper work, track money better and maybe generate more money for the DLRA through merchandise.

Just a thought

G'Day Paul,
Payment this year will be by the time honored method of cheque in the post or cash on the day. The plan is to be able to accept credit cards in 2010.
Keep the shiney side up........

Hi guys,
I believe that any pre paid entry for the last 2 canceled meets are rolled over to cover this years event.
Greg or Rob will most likely advise of what you will need to do to update your entry details etc

Guys , if you entered a previous meet that was scrubbed (there was two- '07 &'08) , your entry is still standing for '09,now here's the But!.
If any of ya details (you or vehicle) have changed (Class / Medical Condition / address / etc),you will have to notify changes at Tech. (Where you original form will (hopefully) Be.
Unfortunatly , things like camping and spectater fees DON"T carry over , so you will have to pay these for '09.
Cheers , Bob.

Guys,
I thought I was paid up and after asking the question of the powers that be I was directed to Carol Hadfield. Carol was, as usual, extremely helpful and I now know that I indeed had not paid for either 06 ot 08.
So if in doubt email Carol.

Hi all , spoke to Rod this morning in relation to entries from the cancelled 2007-8 events , these WILL roll-over for the 2009 race, so if you paid up in 2007 you will be right to race . But as Bob stated if your circumstances have changed you will need to notify the secretary
