Bush Fires

Post by DLRA » Sat Jan 04, 2020 10:02 am

We travel to a very dry and remote part of Australia for Speed Week. In light of the recent events here in Australia, here is some valuable information for anyone coming to Speed Week.

I have heard a rumour today that Speed Week has been cancelled due to the bush fires.
This is nothing more than a malicious rumour.
Speed Week HAS NOT been cancelled and preparations continue, full steam ahead.
There was a bush fire on a neighbouring station (but this is now out) and some ash did fall on the lake. That's it.
Bullshit travels faster then the truth. Don't listen to anything anyone says unless you read it here from me first.
