Back to the inline Honda 6 speed gearbox & beefed up clutch from the blown 250, with a yet to be sourced 90 degree bevel gearbox, to a sprocket & chain final drive.
These gears are from KHK & are "stock" gears, available in a good range of tooth modules & counts, they are made from S45C Carbon steel, which machines well, & the teeth are induction hardened, & ground, some mods will be required, the best part is their cost,,affordable, at last
Space is tight, but they'll fit, eventually, The bike's wheelbase will remain within the plan,,,
