Looks brilliant! Also can’t wait to hear it run.

Will it be shaft drive (the guzzi diff?)?

Cheers!

I think I have found some things for the "too hard basket"
It seems there are an awful lot of "machining specialists" who live in LaLa Land, who balk at something "diff-erent"

Tiny , bespoke machine ing as is anything bespoke , harder to get someone interested/ able to do .
and cost can be scary . DinkiDi engineering here in Lonsdale ( Adelaide ) did my centre hub front wheel
.they have one of their CNC operators / programmers. who does CAD work after hours , he and i worked through what i wanted with my CH front wheel . then they made it at his work place , took a long time for them to make it but i am very pleased with the end result . I can machine up lots of things , but wanted the CH Steering to be the best example , and cnc is going to be much better than my effort . PM me if the CAD man is someone who may be able to help you

My tentative plans have changed again, forced by that evil force Lacka
Back to the inline Honda 6 speed gearbox & beefed up clutch from the blown 250, with a yet to be sourced 90 degree bevel gearbox, to a sprocket & chain final drive.
Image

These gears are from KHK & are "stock" gears, available in a good range of tooth modules & counts, they are made from S45C Carbon steel, which machines well, & the teeth are induction hardened, & ground, some mods will be required, the best part is their cost,,affordable, at last

Space is tight, but they'll fit, eventually, The bike's wheelbase will remain within the plan,,,

No hacksaw blades, or files will be injured during the next stage,,,,

Just fingertips, braincells & the abused bank balance
CAD , how did I survive without you     (mistakes took longer to appear though )
