You have been warned. Its very loud, ask Harky.

Still doing stuff in the shed. Fitted a volt meter to keep an eye on voltage  for when I'm squirting the NOS. Will be running a fuel pump and 2 solenoids so don't want to run out of spark if volts get too low.

Started the bike to test voltage and found that my regulator isnt playing the game. 17v. Not good for the lithium battery so need to track down another one.

OK got a new to me regulator/rectifier and got the voltage down to a Max of 15.2 so have gone to a new AGM battery as the Lithium BMS will go into self preservation mode at anything over 15v. The AGM won't like 15+v but at least it won't turn off. After a run at the high voltage it soon drops back to 13ish v soon after being turned off where the lithium stayed at 14+v for quite a while.
I've done a couple of runs on the bench and the mid range seems very rich. I've got the standard needle and a very rich one, looks like i need one in between. Another trip to town is on the cards. 200 km and a couple of hours. I might try the standard needle with a washer under the clip, as long as the needle dosnt come out of the needle jet it might be OK.
Painted the exhausts and tried up the wiring + a few other things. Its getting close now.
